Truffles & Wine: Cooking Class Followed by a Dinner Paired with Wines from the Vietti Winery on November 28, 2026

There are still “firsts” at the Söl’ring Hof. For the very first time, the Alba truffle takes center stage in a cooking class! The exquisite flavors of Piedmont are the focus. Under expert guidance, participants will create dishes that highlight the exquisite flavors of Piedmont and skillfully showcase the versatility of this truffle.

At the beginning there is a preliminary discussion including a recipe folder and an apron.

Afterward, the creations will be served as part of a four-course meal in the living room, accompanied by a select assortment of wines from the Vietti winery in Piedmont—a harmonious blend of flavor, aroma, and wine expertise.
