When two chefs who know each other inside out bring their home cuisines together, the result is an evening full of enjoyment, character and friendship. North Sea meets Brittany – two coastal regions that could hardly be more different and yet meet in their love of products, craftsmanship and authenticity.
Under the motto “Pretty Best Friends”, the two top chefs combine their culinary roots to create a joint menu that sometimes harmonizes, sometimes surprises – but always touches. What sets them apart? Shared values, a deep passion for cooking and the desire to bring the best of both worlds to the plate.
In collaboration with our guest winemaker Andreas Schumann from the Odinstal Winery in the Palatinate, we’re creating an evening full of maritime touches, intense aromas, and inspiring ideas.
