Christmas cooking course lasting several days: your perfect festive menu from 29.11. to 01.12.2026

We’ll work out the ultimate kitchen timetable for the festive season with lots of anticipation: with planning, time management, ingredient knowledge, a recipe folder and preparation and enjoyment strategies for a stress-free Christmas menu. This time there are also some surprise extras included.
Day 1: Classic menu
Day 2: Excursion/cooking course/evening free or snack á la Söl’ring Hof in the living room optional
Day 3: Cooking course/evening cooking; Christmas menu as a candlelight dinner in the gourmet restaurant

At the beginning there is a preliminary discussion including a recipe folder and an apron.
