The first Lêhrlings Hof was a huge success for our trainees – and the feedback from you, our guests, was simply overwhelming! We are taking this enthusiasm on board: We are already in the middle of planning for Lêhrlings Hof 2.0 in 2027.

A quick peek behind the scenes of our first team meetings already reveals: our young hosts are bubbling over with ideas! Without wanting to give too much away just yet – it is going to be wonderfully personal and diverse. The very first concepts range from culinary childhood memories and a very close collaboration with regional producers from Sylt, to exciting international influences in the morning. The search for inspiring Michelin-starred guest chefs is also already in full swing.  It’s great to see the creative energy with which the team is tackling this project.
