Day 2 – Thursday, Feb. 05 2026
Cooking course: 7 chefs – 7 seafood – 7 stations
A top-class culinary highlight awaits you on Thursday! You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of seafood with seven talented chefs at seven different stations. Each chef will present you with a unique dish that you can prepare under professional guidance. Experience the diversity of the sea and be inspired by the refined creations.
Day 3 – Friday, Feb. 06 2026
Island safari with a vintage bus: slowing down across the island
On Friday, we head out onto the island. In a historic, blue Borgward vintage bus (built in 1950), we drive at a relaxed speed of 65 km/h through the idyllic landscape of Sylt. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the island and enjoy exciting stops along the way. One of these highlights is a visit to the Sylt chocolate factory, where you will be introduced to the art of chocolate molding. But the world of coffee also awaits you: learn more about the different roasts and coffee qualities and be inspired by the aromas of the island.
Day 4 – Saturday, Feb. 07 2026
4 Hands Dinner: JK and JPB in the style of a gala dinner
The highlight of King Classics 2.0 awaits you on Saturday evening with an exclusive 4-hands dinner of a special kind. Johannes King and Jan-Philipp Berner will be back together at the stove to create an unforgettable gala dinner. Let yourself be pampered by the masterful art of the two chefs.
