On 11.02. we invite you to a special cooking course around one of the finest products of the Truffle Fine Dining-cuisine: the truffle from the Périgord. At various stations, you will discover the fascinating world of this extraordinary aroma carrier and learn about its unique flavor. Truffle flavor in all its facets. The focus is on the Périgord truffle at the height of its season. Together we prepare several Recipes with truffles in which its intense aroma is perfectly accentuated. You will learn how to process, combine and store truffles correctly – and also learn how to trufflesto preserve the special aroma.

On 12.02. takes you Jan-Philipp Berner on a very personal discovery tour through Sylt’s most beautiful corners. In a historical Vintage bus on Sylt explore his favorite places that he has collected in his 20 years of island life. Along the way, he tells stories, anecdotes and Insider tips on Sylt to his special places, with which he associates personal moments. Enjoy the decelerated pace, the beauty of the island and small culinary stops at his personal friends, which Mr. Berner has personally selected to make his favorite places even more tangible.

The highlight of the week awaits you on Saturday evening with an exclusive 4-Hands-Dinner of a special kind. Johannes King and Jan-Philipp Berner are back at the stove together, as they have been for 11 years, combining two Söl’ring Hof chefs to create an unforgettable gala dinner. Let yourself be pampered by the masterful art of the two chefs. A real treat for all the senses!
