Terroirs d’Ecueil Premier Cru Extra Brut „Edition Bänkchen”

This exquisitely crafted champagne is an exclusive special edition for the Söl’ring Hof on Sylt. The “Edition Bänkchen” cuvée comes from Lacourte-Godbillon and blends 70% reserve wines from the 2020 and 2019 vintages with 30% from the 2021 vintage. The grape varieties: 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.

The Terroirs d’Ecueil Premier Cru Extra Brut aged on the lees for 30 months and was disgorged in July 2023. With its Extra Brut dosage, it is crisp, mineral-driven, and wonderfully dry—perfect as a stylish aperitif or a refined accompaniment to a meal.
