We’re eagerly putting together the ultimate holiday kitchen guide: featuring planning, time management, ingredient guides, a recipe collection, and strategies for both preparation and enjoyment to ensure a stress-free Christmas meal. This time around, there are also a few surprise extras included.
Day 1: Classic menu
Day 2: Field trip/cooking class/free evening or optional snack à la Söl’ring Hof in the living room
Day 3: Cooking class/cooking in the evening; Christmas menu served as a candlelight dinner at a gourmet restaurant
At the beginning there is a preliminary discussion including a recipe folder and an apron.
