Diner à la bonne franquette with Frédéric Morel – 13.11.2026

Frédéric Morel takes us to his family table – into the authentic Breton cuisine that he has known since his childhood. An evening full of Breton warmth, uncomplicated, honest and deeply rooted in the flavors of the Atlantic coast.

He serves the dishes he grew up with: traditional family recipes, characterized by fresh Breton fish, seafood and carefully selected products from his homeland. A cuisine without frills, but with plenty of soul, tradition and that unmistakable feeling of home.

The evening is rounded off by a wine pairing from the Odinstal estate in the Palatinate—our guest winemaker for the food festival.
