If you really want to taste the island, you have to get out into nature – to where the products grow, live and are created. Our culinary island safari in a historic vintage bus takes you exactly there: to the places where Sylt’s food has its origins and to people who live their craft with dedication.

Together, we collect fresh snails from the shores, pick up hearty crayfish straight from the crayfish rows and visit a traditional country butcher’s, whose regional meat has stood for honest quality for generations. Each stop tells its own story – of wind, sea, crafts and genuine island culture.

This moment of pleasure is accompanied by Breton beer à la Morel and a sparkling Sylt Rosensecco – a little journey between the island and Brittany in a glass.

An experience that shows the island from its most original and delicious side.
