Outdoor Cooking Class & Herb Excursion on July 3, 2027

Delight, cooking, and pure nature! In a small, intimate setting, Jan-Philipp Berner will show you everything that keeps us busy every day. Together, you’ll pick and harvest the treasures of our island in the Rantum salt marshes and our Keitum garden. We’ll leave the kitchen behind and cook outdoors in the garden (we’ll head to the Söl’ring Hof only if the weather is bad).

The session begins with a brief orientation, which includes a recipe booklet and an apron.

The cooking class concludes with a 4-course meal, complete with paired wines and non-alcoholic beverages, served in the living room.
