Summer vegetable cooking course & herb excursion on 31.07.2026

In a small, intimate group, Jan-Philipp Berner shows you everything that keeps us busy every day. Together they pick and harvest the treasures of our island in the Rantum salt marshes. After the excursion in the fresh air, we will spoil you with sumptuous summer vegetables at Söl’ring Hof.

At the beginning there is a preliminary discussion including a recipe folder and an apron.

The cooking course concludes with a 4-course menu including corresponding wines and soft drinks in the living room.
