Together with his trainees, he has compiled and expanded his favorite recipes from JP’s canteen – and thus offers down-to-earth dishes for special occasions with friends and family.
Even though his world is set in the fine dining sector and his trainees receive their training there, it was important to the whole team to show another facet of enjoyment. A very grounded, family-friendly and quality-conscious facet of enjoyment.
