Frédéric Morel and Jan-Philipp Berner bring their coastal worlds to the table. A menu based on proximity, craftsmanship and friendship. A selected guest winemaker will accompany the evening and highlight the subtle nuances of both regions.
When French chef Frédéric Morel cooks, two worlds collide: classic French cuisine and the Creole influences of his father. The warm, slightly exotic character of these flavors creates a natural arc of tension. Accents of Creole spices and fruit give each dish its very own personality.
