Didn’t get any fjord trout? Go for salmon! Guinea fowl was no longer available. The dish tastes just as good with poussin. In the special cooking courses of the star chef with overnight stays in the elegant hotel you will not only experience an exciting time with like-minded people. With smart ideas, alternatives and clever tricks, you can easily recreate the compositions at home. Following the Cooking course on Sylt you can of course take the folder with the recipes with you.
The cooking course fees per person include a recipe folder, a cooking apron and a small lunch including all drinks. In addition, you have the opportunity to take part in a Cooking course on Sylt an evening menu in our 2-star restaurant and bring your day to an enjoyable close with us.
