House guests can enjoy our seafood menu all year round. Out-of-house guests can enjoy it on Mondays in 2023, except on public holidays between 5 June and 9 October.

Our hosts

Host, chef and culinary “creator” Jan-Philipp Berner can confidently plan Mondays for his family. Our management team is always superbly staffed with our chefs Jan Fehling and Benedikt Arps and they look forward to guiding you through this special course menu at our top restaurant on Sylt – and restaurant manager and sommelière Bärbel Ring leads the service team at our restaurant in Rantum in her usual passionate manner. All other days, Jan-Philipp Berner is of course there for our team and our guests as usual.

Our unique location

Equipped with one of the top restaurants on Sylt in Rantum, the Söl’ring Hof has a special connection to seafood and fish due to its unique and close location between the sea and the Wadden Sea. That’s why the host and chef have come up with an epicurean feast and cordially invite you to enjoy the freshness of the rough North Sea. This year, always on Monday, he serves his 13-course seafood menu in the living room or in our restaurant, a culinary dive for which you should plan about 4 hours – fine dining on Sylt for real sea lovers. These evenings are so exceptional because your input is also required. Not every dish on the 13-course menu in our very good Sylt restaurant is finished by us. Don’t worry, the finger bowls are ready for you! Our top sommelière and restaurant manager Bärbel Ring will also recommend a fine wine for each course.
