The beautiful Sylt 2-star restaurant of the Söl’ring Hof on the Rantumer Düne has been known for its creative cuisine and Nordic-inspired culinary delights for many years. At the side of host and culinary motor Jan-Philipp Berner – member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe – the two chefs Benedikt Arps and Jan Fehling shape the epicurean orientation of our gourmet restaurant. Together with Bärbel Ring, hostess and sommelière of the starred restaurant, Sylt’s surroundings and its treasures become palatable, giving you a sense of the wonderful local diversity of nature. After several aperitifs, the entire restaurant and kitchen team will offer you an extensive tasting menu, which can end wonderfully with cheese from our specially created trolley.
